Customers are responsible for ensuring that any 3D model or digital file they submit for printing is legally obtained and that they have the right to have it printed.
We are not responsible for the legality, ownership, copyright, trademark, licensing, or commercial-use restrictions associated with customer-supplied 3D models.
If you submit a model that is copyrighted, licensed, commercially restricted, or otherwise not permitted to be reproduced or sold, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission or license to have the model printed.
By submitting a file for 3D printing, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce the model for the requested purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any model if we have reason to believe that doing so may violate copyright, intellectual-property rights, licensing terms, or applicable law.
The customer is solely responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal consequences arising from the submission or use of a model that they do not have the legal right to reproduce.
